“Originally from Poland, I came to Ireland in 2004. I have worked in the hospitality industry since I arrived. I got my passion for cooking from my mother, who is a chef. I attended the Dublin Cookery School to gain more experience with food. RTE’s Masterchef pointed me in the right direction, giving me confidence to do more than just home cooking. This is how Jarek’s Kitchen began.”
